Terrible ending. Builds up to a complete letdown. if the author isn’t talented enough to finish their own work, then why bother making it in the first place? So very promising, complete let down and falls flat. Don’t bother with this story.
Hopefully they get to meet all 9 sisters before everyone dies of old age. are there 9 different tail colors to differentiate when they transfer body control? Silver, Brown, Red, Golden, Blue, Green, Black, Grey, Purple? I’m just contemplating possibilities.

Serious chapter. This woman should accept every kindness Su Yang offers, and she should also ask him for help to better their circumstances. He won’t refuse. He’s already opened the door for her to ask. Why would anyone want to leave a scar or bruises on such a pliant and lovely beauty? She can’t defend herself well in a profession like hers. New dangers and repeat abusers are constant.
He’s too driven to be deterred by a short lived mortal with limited potential. Maybe one of his women will take her as a courtesy. But, the mom won’t follow.

I think that’s about right for the story at that point.
But, once recognized and if he picks up a new discipline for his ladies’ sect, then i’m sure he would consider any efforts a complete success and very profitable. With renewed Celestial qi and an opportunity to break into God level Immortal realm or whatever its called above the Immortal realm, he will be powerful enough to shake the heavens and protect his family, maybe even displace the Emperor and resolve the Moon Clan restrictions.
Sad This story has lost so much momentum that I have forgotten some of the characters and their abilities, bloodlines etc. Not gonna hold my breath for any kind of progress
