From what I know that sounds perfectly like Majin Buu he just can't stay in one place for long as he is a very chaotic being so stability does not suit him well
To Laharl prediction, like Nidhog, Buu is the second of the Elder Daemons, that refused his own cloister/territory, clearly preferring to constantly fight, and cause Carnage on the Realspace.

As he should as with Laharl being the only god of love and lust in the chaos pantheon he would be the absolute best being to go to for something like this that if he willing though
He began to tell them everything...that Tzeentch has been looming for a worthy candidate to be his queen and bride, and he'd hasn't had any sort of luck, so he came to the Dark One aka the Chaos God of Love, for some help.

excellent job on the new chapter as always author and good for Tzeentch as well lets not forget that this will absolutely will have Tzeentch have a much better brotherly relationship with laharl and maybe Khorne and Nurgle as while Laharl helped massively about suggesting the eves to Tzeentch and making his god artifact as well he was only able to get and have them be his wife's/queen's because Khorne and Nurgle agreed to let Tzeentch use the infinity fountain and the void gate to clam the eves as his so that has to mean at least something to Tzeentch
they are absolutely never going to let Tzeentch live this down and are so going to tell there future siblings and family members this event in detail I can see it already and it is glorious
Laharl, Nurgle, and Khorne were silent, as they watched Tzeentch, who was beaming with joy and excitement, if not for them having a shadowy silhouette over them, Tzeentch would have seen their smirk...even from the helm Khorne.

That is a very appropriate reaction to the news that Tzeentch of all being is in love and wants there help too seduce and get together with the being that he is in love with in this case it is eve
Both his brothers have stayed quiet for a while, that Laharl actually had to call out to them a couple of times, before they finally replied to him, "Ummm...can...you repeat...that?/WHAT THE WARP DID YOU SAY!!!?" Laharl couldn't hold a straight appearance anymore, and busted out laughing!!!
