I don't think he's far behind in terms of bow, but it's because he doesn't have a legend to reinforce his skill.
One thing I never liked about Fate was Emiya's bow skill not being a servant skill of his like he has 1 shot that will never miss
It doesn't matter if the world is Emiya Shirou, it's suffering. The only bad part of Fate is that there isn't a route that allows you to save all the heroines. Sakura's route would be the best to do this if Shirou had used Rule Breaker to know that at the end of their fight she would be saved. It seems that Nasu just likes to see everyone suffer.
You could come back with this story, taking advantage of the fact that Star Rail is going to collaborate with FSN, the story is very good. I think Shirou would do well as a guardian of the galaxy, ending evil in the universe.
