I gotta say. As someone reading a sword god in a world of magic, this seems really close to how shangs world is with the abominations.
My guess is that it is a world turtle, or maybe even a "galactic turtle." Like the mythos where worlds live on the back of turtles, maybe an entire galaxy can form on the back of this one?
"The turtle will teach you," said Lex, before turning to give the turtle a silent look. This was the first time he had lost control of the situation, and Lex kind of found it amusing. He also did not forget the little scamper had been accepting MP payments privately. It seemed the turtle was entering its mischievous age.

I'm guessing that Lex is going to be able to absorb the energy from this guys system to complete the realm linkage to the inn as well.
I love how you always tell us which chapters the lesser known characters were mentioned in. I really wish more authors did that!
