what about people who specialize in passive defense martial arts. those don't need to intercept or dodge the attack so the strengths of the attack are useless except for its general raw power which was enhanced by other techniques. chaos punch only helps him hit Rui and it was so strong against Rui because all his thought systems couldn't Help predict where it will Land or even registered the attack. (void/soul) thats how understood the story. btw a fun discussion :)

I can agree that the ridiculousness of the forge of creation is equivalent to a sage lvl material art but how I understood it the chaos punch is only a sage level equivalent against Rui... still they are both so far above the norm that one could call them quasie sages until Mechas can truly catch up ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
