I just don't understand the story anymore, is no longer following the plot

I am sort of confuse with this story is no longer following the storyline cause every chapter with a different story and it makes no sense

is still the same. the chapter is a repetition of the others

chapter 91 and 92 are a repeat of the other chapter

is thus a different story or what

please continue don't drop it

Am sought of getting confuse I thought it was written in the synopsis that the mc is a psychopath and won't trust or like anyone other than his sister. But he now likes girl other than his sister
