Is this her Personal Devine Weapon? How do the stats actually function as part of the Staff? Do they just amplify her stats or is it something like a separate mana pool or something similar?

Is she a Devine Dark Dragon or is her Dark typing just a subspecies of her Devine Dragon Species?
It would definitely be hard to hide a big dragon, but Kurayami was a dragon of darkness. She had several ways to hide herself if she wanted. Even among the highest level enemies in the game, most would not easily sense her dragon. Isn't this dragon too cunning?

Is Hikari and her Dragon beyond Levels? Does Stats passively increase a persons capabilities the higher they are? Like higher thinking speed or something along those lines for Intelligence/wisdom?
Is she her own Favored and it just doesn't show yet because she doesn't know What she is?

Is there a reason Hattie can't Wish for her eyes to be healed? I would think that would be something she wants from how much it's inconveniencing her
