Well, if it was exponential growth it would, but it should reach a sort of "no longer worth increasing" stage. It's still OP at beginner level. Then again, he has Charge Up.
Each hit with Thunderclap Strike permanently increases the base Lightning damage of this skill by 5 points. Enemies hit by Thunderclap Strike are 100% slowed and randomly receive a negative buff.
