... Have you read the book? Like, sure, there are some vague similarities, like the fact that it's an isekai, or that it's an eldritch based xiania, but outside of that basically completely different.

Very similar to another novel they released a bit ago, but a lot better. If I remember correctly, in that one they took about 40 chapters to get to the actual Apocalypse and spent a ridiculous amount of time explaining every little unimportant thing, this one takes about 10 chapters to get to the Apocalypse and don't bother explaining every little skill or feature of the game until it's relevant. Also, the other one immediately turned into a psuedo xianxia, where there were cultivation clans and all the other stuff that comes along with that. This one hasn't yet (20 chapters in), and hopefully it'll stick with the game/Apocalypse theme and not move towards xianxia.

As mentioned in the review, this was during the trial read. So yeah, during the first however many chapters pretty well translated. If you honestly think it's has tons of mistakes, then you should probably read a few more lol. This is easily on the high end of translations. Not perfect, but way better than most.

Not actually 5 star, but still pretty good. 5 star to balance out the other low ratings. To be clear, this is not a high quality book like Lord of the Mysteries, this is what I like to call high quality trash. Premise is similar to many other series, just a bunch of idol drama but the MC has the ability to pull amazing songs/books/movies etc out of nowhere whenever he wants. Slightly different in that the MC is not the idol, but the manager instead, and he actually seems to have some personality. Grammar and spelling isn't perfect, but still much better than mtl. Overall probably worth about 4.3 stars.

Bruh, if you're so put off by authors in China brown nosing their government to make sure they're safe and have good careers, why read on this site? If you're disgusted by people putting a slight spin on a common type of story with common tropes and schemes, why are you reading books on the internet at all? Go to your library or a bookstore, they're probably going to be better about that. Honestly it's less Chinese nationalist and has a more unique story then probably 80-90% of stories on this site. What's your issue?
