There were a couple of smaller characters that he could interfere with, such as Danny Rand, Luke Cage and Matt Murdoc. Although he hadn't seen too much of any of the shows, he knew of the first couple of episodes.

Also you are making a pretty massive assumption with that most if not all get Falna statement seeing as Bell literally gets rejected by everyone but Hestia just because he didn't look like much and the fact the gods wouldn't want to fill up their Familia past a certain point as managing it would take up too much of their party and fun time. In this case DxD is better again seeing as long as you're willing to work for it you WILL get it eventually. That's not even getting into how Abysmal Falna is after you get it.

(AN: Rangiku is a pretty interesting character. Some might see her as a slut, but she never entered any relationship. So she is a virgin. Basically, she is just a tease. She is a little like Yoruichi. They feel no shame at being looked at, but it's as far as it will go. Though Yoruichi's relationship with Kisuke is pretty sus. Of course that was in Canon. Not in my fic. The same goes for Rangiku/Gin. Also damn, imagine how powerful Jushiro would have been if he could use the power of Mimihagi without dying...)
