Loki as a character had inherently looked down on brute force. Giants are supposed to have stronger vitality then asgardian but Loki was an anamoly in many ways. He had a talent in seidhr instead of the more strength approach. I whink thats the reason he could not rule Jotun, as giants would never respect Loki. Atleast, I believe so.
Shadow clone jutsu, performing the hand sign one more clone was summoned. For the moment, this was his limit. But for now, this would be enough. Loki used Earth Style: Head hunter jutsu to pull the cultist approaching the enthralled asgardians into the ground. His clone had used Kamui to teleport all the prisoner back to the castle.

Well the salarians will have them inbuilt naturally. Their metabolism and fast biology supports it. Besides dont get tied up in the game mechanics. Remember for infiltrators time also slowed down when they used their sniper rifles.
