I honestly don't know what to say, but if those two aren't executed by Sword Douluo and Bone Douluo in the next chapter what's really going on in this story? This is the Third thing that's happened that's really completely wacky, the first when Cheng Xiao attacked Qian Renxue in front of Two Title Douluos for No reason and survived unscathed . The second was when Ma Hongjun tried to sexually assault the MCs teammate in public With support from the White Tiger idiot and survived and then the MCs teacher decided to let Shrek join his school (absolutely insane). There's definitely more I mean what the hell does Xiao Wu think a Title Douluo is planning for her that she's gotten so comfortable where she is (is she suicidal?)

1. Shigaraki was the first successful experiment who's body Transcended humanity, that hasn't happened yet and AFO isn't sharing lab notes with All Might. 2. If Toji's child doctor says he doesn't show signs of having a Quirk and then Toji shows that he clearly Does in fact have a Quirk. Of course We know it's not a Quirk but In Universe there's no explanation for what he's capable of besides having a Quirk. As far as I remember, in MHA there are no machines that magically detect Quirks. Either your body shows Obvious signs of having a Quirk or they look at your toes. Toji is Clearly superhuman they shouldn't question if he has a Quirk or not, they should just correct the doctors mistake and ask Toji what he wants to name his power.
