The Yondaime Hokage, the Sannin, Kakashi, and even the current Kyubi's Jinchuriki, all of them have a close relationship with Hiruzen. Danzo knew that the Hokage's position might only be passed back and forth among them.

You can in fact catch Mew in Gen 1. Though the method is termed as a glitch.
If Dylan remembers correctly, Mew can only be captured at the 'Faraway Island' in the third generation.

Isn't Agatha Poison type? Her Gengars and Haunter are Ghost/Poison, Arbok is Poison and Golbat is Flying/Poison. In Gen 7 there is even the addition of Koffing, another Poison type. Though an Alolan Marowak was added, as well, as the only non-poison type.
Unless you count Agatha from the Elite Four, who was officially a Ghost-type specialist, but she had considerable knowledge of Poison-types as well.
