You should adapt spells into charms instead. Charms is the generic term for spells and the like. So this would be more like “Future of Charms”. I can’t seem to remember anyone in HP calling them spells, right?

This is terrible method of trying to distinguish between different culture’s mythological creatures. Just use the pinyin for the translated word. Like I know the Chinese phoenixes are called Fenghuang. I dunno what the term used for the western Phoenix is but if the Chinese one was Fenghuang then just say Fenghuang. You can legit google and get a wiki for Fenghuang. Or literally just tag it as Western of Eastern whatever. People should know there are differences just like the difference between Western and Eastern dragons.

Babel is on top of the dungeon. The Guild is a separate building though. In this pic of the map of Orario, the guild is between the entrance at the top left and Babel at the center. Rather than a cork, I always imagined Babel as a nail that was driven into the dungeon.
Never understood any isekai brushing off the idea of ‘something’ being alive. When you’re in a fantasy world, if someone tells you this ‘concept of nature’ is alive, you treat it like it’s Cthulhu’s little bro. Dungeon? Cave Cthulhu. Forest? Tree Cthulhu. Lake? Freshwater Cthulhu.
