Noah slowly opened his eyes. Something was wrong with his body, was the first thought he had. As if it was incredibly heavy and sore.

Even moving the eyelids was hard and he could barely see the surrounding.

He was lying on the soft bed, unlike the cheap one that was at the command centre, and the air was fresh, completely from the smell of ashes that was lingering in the downtown right now. The crown prince tried to move his hand, but it was like his mind was detached from his physical form.

"Your Highness, are you awake?" Violet came into his view. Her beautiful face seemed to be tired and the lush brown hair that was touched by the autumn sun fell over her shoulder. 

It was such a dreamy sight that Noah never hoped to witness it.

How much time has passed?

Was she staying with him all this time?
