"Why should I be?" His voice was right next to her. Since he had better night vision, he could tell what kind of face she was making. "I interrupted your fight… That chimera could fetch quite a price," Violet tried to talk properly but his fingers got in the way. The hunt was one of the ways how nobles and mercenaries made money. Everything on a high-ranking beast was extremely valuable, be it skin, scales, claws, organs, and other body parts.
