Uncle and I arrived in Li Jin's manor. Yun He was sitting at the door of his chamber while Wei Pei Rou was walking back and forth.

They notice our presence. Wei Pei Rou was about to slap me, but Yun He quickly stood and caught her wrist.

"You have no right to slap the princess," she asserts firmly. I pushed her aside.

"Yun He, how's Li Jin?" I ask. Tong Shi stands between me and Wei Pei Rou.

"He's been groaning inside, your highness. He didn't want us to enter. He said it's a part of his reflection for what they did to you," she replied.

"This is all your fault. You always make my A'Jin suffer!" Wei Pei Rou exclaims.

I pushed the door, but it was locked inside. I take a step backward and raise my legs. I give it a kick. Yun raises hers and kicks it twice, then it opens.
