章 7: Sophia's revenge

Silence!

Absolute silence took over the auditorium. Everyone at the place were dumbfounded by Arjun's abrupt movements.

Sophia was caught off guard and went into daze. By the time she came to herself, her lips were thoroughly tasted by Arjun.

Realising what just happened, Her cheeks started blushing and her eyes became misty. Her heart filled anger and embarrassment. She glared at Arjun and was about to slap his face but Arjun quickly distanced himself.

"I insisted I didn't want to but he forced me." with an innocent expression on his face, he spoke while pointing his finger at Gohan.

Johan heart skipped a beat when he heard Arjun's words. Indeed he was the one who insisted but this isn't how it should be. He anxiously raised his voice "No, no. I- this isn't what you did befor-"

"What? This is not what I did before? Didn't I already say that my talent was 'touching the tip of nose with tongue'?" Arjun quickly interjected, turning his head to the students, "fellow students, you saw it with your own eyes, right? Please say what was my talent again?"

The students were at a loss of words. He indeed stated 'touching nose' but not 'touching one's own nose'. Nevertheless they weren't on Johan's side, so there is no need for them to clarify and more importantly because of Arjun's actions, they learned a new trick to pickup girls. They might not be able to touch their own nose with their tongue but touching a girl's nose... hehe, it certainly is easy.

Because of that, they enthusiastically started supporting Arjun.

"Yes yes, that's what he did before."

"'Touching nose with tongue', that was indeed what Arjun's talent."

"All of saw us it with our own eyes, it was true."

"See? Everyone including him saw it before." Arjun shrugged with a grin on his face while his eyes kept staring the angry but beautiful lady's face. As her frosty mask melted, she looked more enchanting than before. Her wet cherry like lips: their taste was slightly sweet, slightly aromatic; it was indescribable and addictive. He really want taste and savour them thoroughly again. But he didn't have guts to try.

"... Tha- that wasn't what he did before, He-" Johan tried to explain in panic but Sophia's cold voice interjected. "Enough. Didn't you want go to Goa region next month? Cancel the trip. You are going to take care of Lilly for the whole summer. Oh and don't count on your father, he is not going to be on your side."

Her words made Johan go blank. Cancel the trip he planned for the next month with his friends? that alone was depressing. In addition to that, taking care of Lilly, the 5 years old devilish girl she adopted a year ago? He would feel much better if he was locked in a prison full of terrorists instead. What kind of shit did he step on to have such luck today? Johan became lifeless like a zombie.

Sophia ignoring her nephew, she focused her gaze on Arjun. She wasn't an idiot. She knew it wasn't Johan's fault but this guy who played tricks on her. He was just too shameless! But for some reason, she didn't feel disgusted by his shamelessness unlike how she felt with some arrogant males she had seen before. Nevertheless she was still a bit angry. She was thinking about how to get her revenge. Normally she would just leave this kind of petty things to her assistant but this time, she wanted to do it herself. Just looking at Arjun's smug face, she felt like she has to wipe that smirk of it by her own hands.

Suddenly Sophia's eyes lit up. Wasn't this guy extremely handsome? He was too perfect for 'that' job. Her lips curved dangerously "Hey, you are here for the auditions, right? As long as you do something for me, I will let you in perform in Spirit Award Fest."

"Arjun. Arjun is my name and miss beauty, why should I do something when was already selected for the Fest by Johan previously. Ofcouse if it is something like warming your bed, I will reluctantly agree." At the end, he laughed roguishly.

Sophia wasn't petrubated by his flirting, instead her smile deepened "Why should you do something? Just because I have the power to ban you in the entertainment industry without breaking a sweat."

"..." ban? Arjun smile instantly disappeared when he heard that word. He just teased her a bit, there is no need to talk about something that serious, right? Is every lady in this world so fierce? Back in his world, he teased a lot of interviewing ladies, but nothing like this happened, he atmost failed the interviews. Oh how I miss my world, as Arjun lamented, Sophia's pleasant voice once again rang in his ear "What do you think. agree or not?"

"Agree, agree, of couse I agree. What else can I do. Honestly you, you are really shameless." Arjun replied with an aggrieved look. Though he was 99% sure that she won't do that, he didn't want to risk it.

"Great. Now let's go." Sophia turned around and walked out. At the moment, she felt more more like an eager girl instead of the previous cold lady.

"Wait, right now? can't we do it tomarr-" Arjun stopped talking and sighed helplessly when he noticed Sophia already disappeared from the auditorium.

He turned around only to see his friends' sparkling eyes. He could guess what they are thinking. Considering how close he and Sophia talked before, they must be thinking that he successfully hooked up with this rich and beautiful girl.

"Go go, don't mind us. We can understand." Sri Ram flashed a knowing smile as he urged Arjun. Pranav also nodded his head with an understanding look.

"... I will call you guys tomorrow morning." saying farewell to them, Arjun left. Not long after, Johan also left with blank look.

As the exciting fare is over, the auditions continued. nevertheless this incident is gonna blow up and set a popular trend in telangana region.
