章 95: Involvement

Seraphyne was very surprised about the strength these men possessed, 'If not for Xavierre as the captain of a military team, I would also doubt why he was too strong! Would it be wrong to feel that these men aren't necessarily human? But, what are they?'

As the last of the rogues were taken down, Seraphyne and Xavierre quickly regrouped. Seraphyne said, "Let's go! We can't stay here for too long." 

Breathing heavily and adrenaline still pumping through their veins, they knew they needed to escape and make their way to the safest place, Xavierre's residence. Xavierre looked at Seraphyne, his eyes filled with amazement. "You fought like a true warrior," he commended.

Seraphyne had been through a lot of things when her grandmother brought her along with her brothers to the military for training. Seraphyne flashed a wry smile. "I told you I had good teachers."
