As Seraphyne took Kieiran inside her office, the room had an air of eager expectancy.

His interest peaked. 'Why will she lead me to her office? It's not even my birthday, nor was the shop celebrating its opening.'

He couldn't help but wonder what this unexpected visit was about.

As they settled into her office, Kieiran couldn't contain his questions. "What are we doing here?" he asked, genuinely puzzled.

Seraphyne wore a mysterious smile as she motioned for him to sit. "Wait a while, and I'll get something for you," she replied cryptically.

'I got goosebumps with her stare. This won't be some prank to make a sad kid happy, right? Wait, why do I even treat myself as a kid? I'm not even her kid!'
