I silently pleaded my body to move but it won't obey me, it acts as if it wasn't mine at the moment.
He was already in front of me, lifting me up and carrying me on his shoulder with just one hand because I was so tiny. I've been in that lonely place for what felt like ages.
All I heard every day were silent screams and footsteps. All of a sudden my throat dried up, I couldn't scream, all I could do was collapsing on the stranger's arm and saying a silent prayer.
