章 1: Chapter 1: Who Was I Again?

Hi, my name is Ushinawa Aiko,

I'm a 23 year-old woman living in Fukuyama, at Hiroshima prefecture, working as a part-timer at a local restaurant near my campus.

(My shift starts 5PM, so I have around an hour to ready up for work after I'm done with school.)

I also love reading manga, especially romcoms.

And I also love playing board games like shōgi and simulation/otome video games with my three and only friends from time to time.

Speaking of otome games and manga, I never really understood the idea of reincarnation.

But that, that was until I found myself here.

I muttered to myself, a blurry face infront of me, they're likely asking something, so I guess I'll have to speak.

I quickly figured out who this was. Her beautiful red eyes accompanied by her silky, long brown hair, this was undoubtly the companion of the heroine, Erika Wright(Eri/Erie Wright), from the otome game I used to play called「Heart Nuisance」.. this fact alone, I suppose I've been reincarnated as the heroine of this otome game, huh..

"Aiko Collins, you fazed out again!"

"Oh, I'm sorry Erika-chan! I was just too distracted by your beauty."

"I was joking! You're still really beautiful though."

"Haha, thank you! Anyways, wanna go get lunch?"

After the heroine and her companion finish eating during lunch period, while walking back to the study hall, the villainess accompanied by lower nobles have been planned and ready to bully the heroine alongside Erika-chan, only if she does try to save me.

"Oh, would you look at that! These commoners dare stand before me? The daughter of the Minister of Legislations, 「Emie Couture」?"

While walking down the empty hallway, the heroine and her companion are meant to meet the otome game's villainess in the following event.

And yes, she's the type of egotistical pride-fueled Disney stepsister recreation in this world. Yet somehow she's had this cute charm with her whenever the game cuts to one of her scenes.

"Emie-sama.. do you know who we are?"

"As much I do not like knowing such knowledge of commoners like you, I know who both of you are,「Aiko Collins」 and 「Erika Wright」."

It seems like she's very confused, that's cute.
