章 10: Then Die
"Well, it's not bad to die in the hands of a person who was dreamed of by everyone in the school," Wolford said calmly while his eyes were unwavering.
Jeanne did not expect that answer the one that was shamelessly talking bullshit just a moment ago is now crying in front of her.
"Is that so then you can die then." she thought that Wolford was acting strong, so she stood up and put her alluring hand on Wolford's neck.
Seeing this, Wolford smiled. He thought, 'Does she think I'm acting tough right now? then if that's the case, I am finally resting now, huh... the stress that my family gave me, I can't take it anymore, so why not rest.' Wolford thought while their alluring hands of Jeanne tightened their grip on my neck.
Jeanne thought Wolford would regret saying those words and say sorry after she tightened her grip more.
When her hands tightened on Wolford's neck, Wolford did not move and accepted it. In truth, his life was unbearable for him that he even went as far as to cover his sadness using shamelessness.
When Wolford's face did not change a bit, it just had a smile on it while Jeanne's hand was at his neck, tightening to kill him at any moment.
Jeanne thought, 'this guy has great acting skills.' "Then why not die," She said in a cold voice.
"Maybe your acting skills would fade if you're at the doors of death."
Hearing her cold voice, Wolford smiled until, eventually, the color of his eyes started disappearing.
Jeanne then noticed something change in Wolford, his breathing started to disappear, and his wide-open eyes lost their color.
*Dead
"Huh?"
Jeanne became confused, Wolford did not resist the slightest, so she thought Wolford was acting right now.
However, a few minutes passed, and her wide-open eyes of Wofford didn't move.
She sweated, She does not actually want to kill Wolford, teaching him a lesson the hard way was her true goal.
Despite trying to wake Wolford up, she had to confirm if he was actually dead or acting.
She then move her ear near Wolford's heart, and when she did, her face paled.
"Did I just killed him?" Jeanne began to panic.
"You idiot! Are you that desperate to die?"
Jeanne in her panic state put her lips on Wolford.
She did not even hesitate to do so, she was in a rush.
She continued to give Wolford CPR as she learned in the past.

Jeanne began to lose her breath due to her not stopping to revive Wolford in whatever way she could think of.

Jeanne did not stop and continued. Her face was pale, her hands were shaking non-stop, and her gaze started to become hazy.
Despite that, her movement did not stop.
*5 Minutes
5 minutes passed, and Jeanne then begin feeling hysteric.
Remembering what would happen if she killed someone, and would get her big sister Daniella in trouble, her face slowly watered.
Using more strength, she continued to give air through Wolford's mouth, pressing where Wolford's heart is, with enough strength to give someone CPR.
*Kaa!
*Haa...
*Cough! Cough!
Jeanne felt relief washed over her body once she heard Wolford coughing.
It means, his heart started beating again.
Jeanne closes her eyes to confirm if Wolford is really breathing.
*Haa...

Jeanne felt tiredness wash over her body after she confirmed that Wolford's heart started beating again.

My eyes began to get hazy, and my breathing slowly disappeared.
Even though my eyes were opened, My view slowly began to darken.
Until I'm sure, I was already dead.
How can I be sure? I couldn't feel my body. My eyes I'm sure were open and could only see a single color, which is darkness the color of black.
That is why I'm sure I'm already dead.
A few seconds pass when I'm sure my consciousness would disappear at any moment, I could suddenly feel my eyelids.

I slowly opened my eyes, and I then could see a white place that surrounded me.
The ceiling is white, the floor is white, and I could not even see my own shadow.
"Damn! who would have thought I would go to heaven."
I could not stop my smile, thinking that I'm in heaven.

I tried to calm myself down, but the excitement inside me is not easy to stop at all.

Despite that though, even if I wanted to lose consciousness I can't.
Can the dead even lose consciousness?

"Ahhh!!!"
My shout did not stop, and the pain continued.
"Ah..."
Until my voice could not come out anymore.
With the pain that I would not know when to stop, my mind remembered who cause me to suffer such intense pain.
Of course, it was no other than Jeanne.

I could only mutter those words, and doing so made me regret it.
Because the pain intensified again.

I puked something out inside my body. I'm not even sure if it was from my stomach.

I then could see my body, I guess...
I'm not sure if a dead person could have a body though.
I continue to wonder what was happening until I questioned myself again.
"Am I really dead?"
I muttered.

I could now think but the pain was still felt through my body.

A flash of lightning suddenly descended near me.
Even though my body was still in pain, I immediately reacted.
However...
*Tzzz...
Another lightning descended, and it was faster than me.
"Gah..."
I stiffened as the aligning struck me.
Though I felt pain course through my body with the lightning, it was not as bad as the first time.

*Kraaaa...
Lightning after lightning continued to descend on me, and the white surrounding showed a sign of getting destroyed.
I could not see it though because of the continuous white lightning striking my body.
I could not even think where it came from.
With the lightning strikes the surrounding slowly carved down, while I was in the middle of it.
