章 1: Chapter 1 — War God System
A man in his mid-twenties who possessed silver hair opened his eyes and those phoenix-black eyes held confusion as he looks towards his surroundings. He was floating in a starry space, and he can't see anything except for the colorful small lights that floats in his surroundings.
"Hello. Nice to meet you. I'm a world-hopping mission system."
"Uh?" The man slowly calms down as he analyzes his current situation. The last thing he can remember is that his car got involved in a car accident. His driver tried to avoid the collision with the two cars ahead of them but to no avail, they still got involved and several cars also got pulled in by the accident.
Pain, that was the last thing he can remember before he lost consciousness.
"System?" - The man asked with slight curiosity.
"Hello. I will be giving you two choices and you decide what you want.
First, bind with me and become my host. If you become my Host, you need to travel to different worlds and galaxies to complete missions and gain points and gain the completed world's reward which is the world energy that can strengthen the soul. Second, decline it, and you will immediately be sent into the reincarnation cycle."

The system would choose their host and make a contract with them. This contract would be beneficial to both the host and the creator of the system they bounded to."
"Why did the gods fall into slumber? And what's the contract that you're talking about?" The man asks again, While 'It' patiently answers his questions.
"The gods have fallen into slumber because they need to recover their strength since the reason they lost their power was the war that's happening to their realm. And as for the contract, the system would help their host to travel into different worlds to complete the world task that has been issued by that world.
As I said earlier, after completing the task in the mission world, that world consciousness would give energy to the host as a reward. By absorbing the world's energy, the host could use it to strengthen their soul, although the hosts of other systems don't know of this. They only know that if they would form a contract and agree to complete world tasks; they would have the freedom to travel into different worlds and have a never-ending life once they completed one thousand worlds."
The man's head tilted down for a little bit and his eyes had been covered by his silver hair.
"You said that other hosts don't know about world energy? Why is that?"
"Because the system purposely doesn't inform their hosts as the systems took the world's energy. If the systems took the world's energy, it would be transferred immediately to their creator. Which greatly helps the god who created them to recover their strength much faster."
"So, you're saying that the gods created systems using their remaining power to use those systems into guiding the people who contracted them to complete a world task? By completing the world task, the world energy would be absorbed by God instead of the host, isn't it?"

"So it means that they are using the hosts to help them recover their strength?"
"Yes."

In short, They can live very long as long as their soul is strengthened and they don't need to rely upon the system to have a long life."
The man remains silent for more than a minute before speaking.
"Then, why do you have to tell me all of these? What's your purpose?" - The man coldly asked as his silver eyes glinted dangerously.
The system talks a lot but he still remembers every single thing that 'it' uttered. So he remember that 'it' mentioned the other systems that they would lie to their host and would not tell them the truth, so why did this system openly tell him all of this information? Don't tell me, all that 'it' said the entire time is also a lie?
"From now on, I will explain all the things that you need to know so please, don't interrupt me. You can ask any question after this system is finished about what you need to know, in that way, you could also decide if you want to bind with me. Is that okay for you?"

"Since I'm the war god system and I'm the only one who, the god of war created, of course, I will be different from the other systems. The other systems can change their host once their host died after failing the world task but I am not.
