"No?" Zephyr asked, unsure if he heard her right.

"What does it mean?" He asked, his wolf panicking inside him.

Delilah looked dead in his eyes, her gaze raking his face as if she were looking at a piece of great value, but her dark gaze remained resolute.

"No means no, Prince Zephyr. It surprises me that you thought you could work your way around just because you know how to kiss a woman and can make her heart flutter," Delilah scoffed before she stepped ahead and looked him dead in the eyes.

"Apart from these kissing skills, what do you really have?" She asked.

She was provoking him.

Even Zephyr could see that she was deliberately provoking him but he wanted to know the reason and see what exactly she wanted him to do.
