After having acquired the Spearmanship Skill, I couldn't help but think something… Does this confirm that I can just learn any Skill? Although I lack a Talent, I am not bound by their limitations. Incredible, so this is how this works?

Somehow, it has become more exciting, perhaps I should continue trying out Dagger Techniques and other weapons… Although it took me so long to just learn Spearmanship that I don't know if I should give it a go.
