章 3: Chapter 1:Won to be CEO
20 years later.......
He is name is Ryan Chen. The Vice President of Marketing and Strategy. He is one of the biggest name in the business industry.
"My brother!!! President JV. I wish you win the election to become a new CEO of Orange Company." He told his friend.
"Yeah!!! I will make sure to win as a victory". He said to Ryan Chen.
The President of Orange Company. Jerico Vince Lee a.k.a JV. He is a good leader. Even his father excelled in him. Meanwhile, Ryan's father is not happy for him because he is a greed for power.
Meanwhile, somewhere in Province of Rizal.
Attorney Regine Blanco is a one and best lawyer in the province. Eventually, she won a case against the rape victim.
"Manager Pressy!! What is the schedule for today? I have an appointment for today?". Regine asked to her secretary. Manager Pressy replied to her.
"No, because we finish earlier. So, you have a no appointment and another day is to start a new fight." She said.
"Ahhh!! That's good!! So, common!! Let me bottoms up. And after that you may go home and take rest because tomorrow is another day ok!!". She said to her. Manager Pressy agreed.
Meanwhile, the Orange Company has a new chairman.
JV is becoming a new chairman/CEO of Orange Company.
"Congrats!! You are a new CEO of the company." His sister said.
"Congrats!!! My son!! I'm so proud of you!!". His father said.
"Congrats!!! Brother!! Now you are an officially boss of this company." His best friend said.
"Thank you!!! For support. I wish more good wealth and health for us and for the company!!!". He said.
"This does not mean the end of your struggle as a chairman. If you forsake this position, maybe take over from the other person who greed this position!! So I wish watching your step." Vice President Roberto remind.
"Don't worry!! I take challenges and more responsibility as a new boss of this company. I'm a good for now". businessman in terms of business. So, no one defeat me or else". Jerico said, and Roberto cut the conversation.
"Or else nothing!! So I leave this room and I get more papers, adios everyone." He said while he leave.
Meanwhile.... almost the whole company celebrates the new CEO of the company except Roberto. Even he is the new president of the company.
"Why he won as a chairman? He is a very ugly and shy type. No one can see him because of the style of fashion is very different. I can't see him as a boss of the company, he is like a clown. Why he not in circus to show him face?". Roberto said to his secretary.
"Sir, I think you may be a good step toward abolishing him in his position. Why think sir you make a fake news or scandal to decrease the trust of boards and him father?". Secretary said.
"To good step for him, father's disappointed. Why not?". He said, then he slowly laugh.
Meanwhile....
Max Lee and his lawyer talking each other about the retired.
"I'm retired as a chairman. I wish more wealthy and good in terms of business. I wish my son have good manage." Max said.
"Yeah!! I think it's time to relax. Sir, may I retire?". Lawyer said.
"Why not? You have many years of service. It is been 20 years right? Mr. Armando Blanca, thank you for good service and good friend since I was a newbie businessman 30 years ago." Max said to him.
"You're welcome and thank you, Mr. Chairman. I wish more health for a long life. My daughter becomes a best lawyer in town. I think I support my daughter's conviction. O really support her." Lawyer said to him.
"That's why you retired? I wish you're good health for a long life. Eventually, you may employ your daughter in this company. I'm sure she has a good future in this company." Chairman Max said.
"Ahhh, I talk to my daughter about that but maybe she agrees. So I wish, by the way, I arrange the papers before I leave." Lawyer said. Max agreed to him.
Meanwhile....
At the JV's office. He and Ryan Chen celebrate together.
"One hour to go. You are an proclaim as a new CEO of this compony!! I'm so happy for you!!".
While Ryan Chen told JV's secretary was arriving.
"Sir, may I ask!! About my condition to this.
Company? What should the position. I am waiting for the next vice president or I fired?". JV's secretary asked to him.
"No! No, you along with me. My dad's secretary is retired, too. He trains to you for two weeks and then he leaves. Because the chairman's secretary is more heavier than the other secretary. So, you are not leaving. Until your retirement, you are my secretary, Abante. Don't worry, I responsibility to you."
He said to his secretary.
"Aahhh!! Thank you sir! I serve you better than before. I promise!!". He said to him.
"You promise huhhh!!". He said.
Meanwhile at the Lee's house.
Max Lee and his wife Elena Lee talk to each other. After Max comes home from Orange Company.
"You think our son is okay? ". She said to him. He answers his wife.
"Yes!! I am sure because our son is best businessman". He said to her. She asked again to her husband.
"But Robert Chen doesn't like him. How is he safe from him?". She said to her husband.
"Don't worry about that because our son needs more challenges and trials for he created a best and great person." He said to her.
"I support my son's convictions. But I worry about him love life." Mother said to him.
"Ahhhhh, don't worry about that. I learned some knowledge about my companion of how to increase the self esteem. You know why? Because our son is need more self confidence, so I want make a plan like that." He said to her. She agreed with him.
"I wish for our son's love life because he next son a next heir of this company." She said.
Meanwhile at the Robert Chen Office.
"I want to take a position as a chairman of this company!!". He said to himself and secretary.
"Sir, what you can do? What a plan?". Secretary asked to him.
"I have a good plan. I take by myself". He said to his secretary while slowly laugh.
