章 15: Chapter 14

My name is Konstantin Romanov, and I am the prince of Russia and younger brother of the Tsar. I'm also the governor of Moscow but seeing as I'm 5 I can't run the city and the surrounding area well so others help. My older brother Vladimir being only 5 years older is running the country and I can't help but admiring him. When he was going to take the army out for an expedition, I wanted to go as well, but he said I was young so I could only pout and be upset. When I heard he came back, I had a carriage ready and set off for the capital with guards. I miss my brother and want to spend time with him, especially since my mother and father passed in December of sickness.

Once in the capital, I could only smile while looking out over the carriage. I grew up in the capital and I enjoyed it but when Vladimir became Tsar I had to move to Moscow and live in the Grand Kremlin Palace which nice and large but also lonely since it's just me and maids and guards and they don't talk to me casually since I'm part of the royal family.

Many people have noticed Konstantin's carriage since the royal crest isn't that hard to spot, plus other from the Tsar no one else in the country can have royal guard cavalry.

As they were heading to the Winter Palace, the carriage had to be stopped because of trouble in the road. Some were pushed into the road, so the carriage had to be stopped. Konstantin opened the door to look as well, and he hears shouting not long after "filthy servant. You dare to drop my goods." says a man talking in the common language to the same man in the street. It seems to be a master and a servant.

"stop the shouting. You're disrupting the peace and this can be considered assault under the Russian law which can have you arrested," the man looked around to see who dares to talk to him so and was surprised to see a little boy.

"little boy. Watch who you are talking to. I'm Count Smith of the Arcana kingdom and someone with connections, so mind your business,"

The guards near the prince looked at this man as if he is an idiot. 'don't you see the crest on the carriage or the guards?' is mostly what they are thinking plus how can they have him talk to the prince this way so they quickly pull the saber

One guard says "this is Russia and your title means nothing hear so end your foolishness and apologize or else," his tone is firm but he received the reply of

"are you trying to declare war on the Arcana kingdom? so if you know better but your sword away and mind your own business."

Some citizens are watching from the sidelines, watching the drama that is going on

The guard that just talked look at another guard and speaks in Russian, "get the Tsar," the guard rides off quickly.

Someone comes into the Throne room. "your majesty your brother Prince Konstantin has run into some trouble in the city and is requesting help on the situation. Vladimir asked what happened and after hearing he says gather 500 royal cavalries and be ready to head out. The man leaves while Vladimir asks himself, "I have a brother?"
