Li Jun Xuan stayed in his office after Shen Yi Nian had left. 

His gaze was never away from the documents on his table. Li Jun Xuan finally looked up when his phone rang on the table.

He glanced at the phone screen and finally put down the documents in his hands when he saw the name on the caller ID.

With one swift movement, Li Jun Xuan picked up the phone and pressed it against his ear. "Qian Lin?" His brow furrowed, finding that it was strange for his friend to call him at this time.

"I heard that your friend checked out of the hotel half an hour ago," Qian Lin said.

Li Jun Xuan frowned, wondering what Qian Lin was talking about. It took him a few seconds to remember that he had asked for Qian Lin's help when Shen Yi Nian got into trouble yesterday.
