Seeing the small changes caused by the trial, invigorated Rapt. The changes would become noticeable as Rapt continued to press on. Instead of being pressured to a stop at the beginning of the next 20-meter distance. Rapt had made it 5 meters in the next tier before the pressure forced him to stop. 'If your weak, progressing is the only way to become strong. I must kill the weak me to become stronger.', as Rapt progressed his thoughts became more focused. The pressure was becoming his whetstone turning him from a dull blade into a sharpen sword.
Days started to pass as Rapt was being constantly battered by the aura along and fighting the now large dragonflies and scorpions. Part of the reason it was taking so long was he would have to take trips to lakes that were perpendicular to the route towards Teka. This made things hard as he realized that the pressure increased whenever he walked 20 meters in any direction. Something he learned the hard way when he traveled back to the first lake only for it to be hard to make it back to his initial point. Making it to the last lake that he knew about Rapt pushed onward eating and drinking when he could. By this time Rapt had become able to run through the increasing aura.
His mental resistance stat had been seeing growth by leaps and bounds. An additional week passed by until Rapt finally got close enough to see Teka. His stats weren't the only thing that was seeing changes as he had grown significantly larger during this time period. Walking through the lane of trees that Teka had created marking the end of the trial Rapt could feel a difference in the aura. It sudden started increasing with each step almost shocking him to a halt, but with his new resistance he forced himself in front of Teka.
"Congratulations Rapt, you have proven your strength. During this trial, you have killed 50 juvenile scorpions and 25 Juvenile dragonflies. You've traveled 2 kilometers in one month under pressure from my aura. Let's check your stats to see your growth:

Watching from his throne room the other saw how Rapt progressed through the first trial.
"Looks like you lost Trench. You care for a bet on the next Trial" Bados stated as they had a bet on how long it would take Rapt to complete the first trial.
"Of course, my lord. That weakling was lucky that Lord Teka was taking pity on him. " Trench replied, seething about what he had lost in the bet.
Back in the forest, Teka told Rapt to rest and prepare for the next trial. After that she teleported to where the others were.
Bados, who loved messing with Trench whenever he could since the tree had such a fiery temper asked Teka, "how much did you hold back?".
"At the beginning, quite a bit as he wouldn't even take a step into my aura" she said, bring a smug look to Trench's face." But after he made it to the third lake, he started to accel faster than I could anticipate."
"hahahahaha what's wrong Trench" Bados said as he laughed at the elder Blessed. While the two bickered with each other Vanessa teleported to Rapt with Cherish's help since only Gods were permitted to do so in this domain. Rapt was focusing on recovering and mental preparing himself for the coming trials, when Vanessa appeared near him.
"Welcome Rapt, I'm Vanessa and I'll be your Observer for this Trial. The Trial of battle is simply Trial that consists of fighting multiple waves of enemies using your physical strength and intellect to survive. Any question?"
"Will there be any changes in my opponents as the waves continue?" Rapt asked, remembering the theme of increasing difficulty from the last trial.
"Yes, good question. Your enemies will in numbers and strength as the waves continue. Those enemies will revert back to one when the strength difference increases by a substantial amount. Is that all?"
"Yes, senior", he said making Vanessa blush slightly. She then flew above the tree line before officially commencing the trial. Immediately an adult scorpions appeared a short distance from Rapt and took an offensive charge. Rapt dodged its attack continuously as just one would be enough to severely injure him. All the fights he had against the scorpions in the past lead to him being pretty efficient against them. After he became use to the scorpion's speed, Rapt abruptly attack quickly aim for the base of the tail. The tail now dispatched Rapt reached its back a ruthless clawed through it.
After the death of the first scorpion, with a break the next wave started with two scorpions.
Being well versed at killing scorpions made it easier for Rapt to dispatch them. Dodging became hectic as the number of Scorpions increased doubling with each new wave. Damage was inflicted as the scorpions adapted to his speed and ability to dodge the tail and pincher strikes. This led to the scorpions focusing on bashing Rapt with their pinchers, body, and tail. By the time of the fifth, wave Rapt was utter exhausted with the leveling up of the stat no longer bring any reprieve.
During the Fifth wave 16 scorpions appeared on the field, ready to engage against Rapt. They wasted no time before attacking. It seemed that every new way of scorpions was smarter, stronger, and faster than the previous wave. In the previous waves the scorpions were significantly slower than Rapt as his speed and agility were steadily increasing as the waves continued. This batch of scorpions were closer to his speed especially now that he was extremely tired.
They quickly closed the distance and instead of trying to fight him as individuals fighting one opponent. The Scorpions attacked as one unit; some would attack only for him the dodge into another attack. This was quickly draining his stamina, while stacking injuries on top of the damage he had already received. Seeing how his opponent had full adapted to his previous fighting style, Rapt was at a loss of what to do.
He continued to dodge as it was the only thing he could do as he tried to think of a solution to his Scorpion problem. Soon Rapt started to feel overwhelmed by the assault since he hadn't inflicted any significant damage on his opponents. That feeling would be lost as Rapt he felt an intense pain erupting from his body, greatly confusing him. This pain was caused by the rapid growth that Rapt was experiencing throughout the two trials. It was due to the reprieves after leveling up a stat releasing all the built-up pressure and forcibly adjusting the body.
His body froze up from the sharp intensity of the pain causing Rapt to be blown away slamming onto the ground, kicking up dust as he tumbled across the terrain. The scorpions followed after Rapt to continue their offense until the heard a threaten snarl. It started as at a low pitch slowly raising to a crescendo, for the first time Rapt angry trigger the fight reflex of the fight or flight reflex. In simple terms, Rapt was becoming berserk and as animals the scorpion started to feel the threat on an instinctual level. slowly, the dust started to dissipate just as the snarl stopped. In the area of the dust showed nothing as Rapt seemed to have disappeared before one of the closer scorpions' suddenly fell. The scorpions turned to see what happened, yet another scorpion fell. Slowly, one by one a Scorpion fell to the vicious claws of Rapt as he pushed himself beyond what his still growing body could handle.
After the last scorpion fell, Rapt appeared over its body with his sickle shaped killing claw deep into its head. Looking at his body, it was heavily damaged, his legs had large splits over the muscles that were seemed to be torn. The sickle claw on his left foot was barely hanging on by a strand of muscle tissue. His previous wounds seemed to have been worsened due to his actions, leaving Rapt a bloody injured mess.
