Almost three years have passed and Ryomei was only able to do the complete Saitama's training after the first month, during the years of training his build has become muscular but on the lean side but if you look closely you'll see that his muscles were compacted and has tremendous strength, he was able to punch with a force of 1,700 PSI, it is comparable to a strength of an Olympic Heavyweight Boxer.

He also trained his skills namely [Innate Cryokinesis], [Whirlwind], [Shock Absorption], [Ice Breath] and [Fire Master] to peak A, he also trained his [Electrokinesis] but I was only able to train it to D, [Beast] was only trained to D cause it takes a lot of time to train, He actually trained all his skills till he was comfortable enough to use them, he trained my [Omnipathy] so that he can feel someone's emotions and hear their thoughts without them having to feel and hear his, he also trained his [Supreme Mind] and now he can split his consciousness into 50, he trained his [Gravity] and [Magnetic] force with [Gravity] reaching B and [Magnetic] reaching S, he found out that the more powerful the force the harder it is to level up.

Of course he wasn't training all his life, He bonded with his friends and family and has gotten pretty close to the brocolli boi and the loud blondie, they were starting their middle school this year, speaking of school he was proclaimed as the genius of the school, with him being connected to the internet via his [Omnipathy] and his [Supreme Mind] divided his consciousness into 50, one on the main body, nine reserved and 40 was on the internet reading, technically he has over 40,000 years worth of knowledge in his mind thanks to [Supreme Mind]'s thought acceleration and comprehension.
