"Thank you so much for the meal! I really appreciate it!"

Gray bowed his head as soon as he exited the door. He had no choice. He's hungry and Calix's invite was tempting, so he grabbed it.

"Are you sure you're not staying here? What if they come back as soon as they see you?" Calix asked with his worried expression. "I'm really okay sleeping on the first floor, so it's okay—-" 

"Stop!" 

Gray cut him off. "I'm really okay, please don't be worried. My house is just blocks away from here.." he added.

He turned around and waved his goodbye. Rubbing the back of his head; he whispered. "Is he really the Calix they're talking about?"

With this thought, he slipped out his phone from his pocket and made a call.

"Hello, Red? Yes, this is me..I will not use the code since it's between us." He sighed and rested his head on his palm. "Are you sure that the one Black sent me was Calix Alistair?" he asked.
