He also get's a talkative Dragon who constantly boasts about how great his host is and a catgirl... You know, maybe being transmigrated as Issei isn't so bad?

Hopefully gets more updates. The rewrite already looking like a solid 4/5. With more chapters and a bit more world-building, this is surely a 5/5.
