Rachel's POV

A week had gone by after that and we were back to square one. All our appointments with the event centers all went off cliff hence we received rejections.

The last 2 places immediately declined our offers after I introduced myself to them, as if the name was cursed or something. At some point Debby and I found ourselves laughing in the car.

The days rolled away, weekend came and went, and another week was upon us. It was a Tuesday and I was sat in my quiet office. The previous day ended without a solution to our predicament and to say I wasn't bothered would be a lie.

My bare arms which were revealed by the brown body suit I had on rested on the armrest of one of the couches in the working space, both my legs clad in black leather cargo pants were crossed and resting on the table opposite me.
