CHAPTER TWENTY
1Thea's POV
"So what next, Viktor?" I asked him as we spoke over the phone. "I have stayed here longer than I thought I would. I thought you had it all planned out, how to strike, when to strike and all."
"I do," he replied.
"Then what are you waiting for? Bring me into the plan already." I said out of impatience.
"You need to understand that Anton is not very predictable and one needs to be careful when dealing with him. The other day in the meeting with others, he said I was being sluggish and he's suspecting that I have something I was hiding. He even warned me about getting too close to you. You see, Anton's eyes are everywhere. This is his mansion and to bring him down in his own comfort place will be a lot of hardwork." He explained.
"Are you saying you are going to lie low for now?" I asked.
"Yes"
"For how long?" I asked wondering if Viktor knows our contract is time bound.
