Doctor Raul looked at the glass vial in his hand. The small amount of perfume was boiling as violet fumes spread out.

Doctor Raul could smell something unpleasant as he closed the burner and placed a small lid on the glass vial. His gaze stayed on the transparent object as he saw the fumed getting trapped within the glass as they moved around. It took a long time before they mixed with the liquid which was now colorless and disappeared.

Doctor Raul took a deep breath as he took the pen that was placed on the table and wrote his observation on the paper. His hand was trembling as he felt a little distracted. He did not know what to think anymore but he knew that it had to be reported to the Grand Duke.
