章 123: Lost Soul

A giggle echoed across the room and silenced all voices. The sound of the crackling woods was the only thing that could be heard, but then it was followed by low but cheery footsteps.

Nesrin stiffened as she glanced at Izekiel with panicked eyes. He looked indifferent but after a while, he took her hand and gently pressed it.

"You don't have to worry."

Ophelia glanced at them before she turned her gaze towards nowhere in particular and mumbled.

"I called him,"

"You can?"

Izekiel raised an eyebrow. No one was supposed to be able to do anything supernatural which didn't include the four elements. There had been some exceptions but those were extremely rare and it was never heard of someone being able to effectively communicate with nether beings.

"You don't look a shaman," he remarked.
