The handsome and young golden haired man who have a disheveled hair and clothes is none other than the Town Lord of the Golden Leopard Town and also the Clan Head of the Jin Clan, Jin Dan! 

Other than that, there is also a man in his thirties standing behind Jin Dan and this man is none other than Liu Mo!
