章 782: Will you listen? (1)

Matthew watched as Lexi finally came into the lounge area after breakfast and sat down.  As she did, she said "Can we have a conversation like we did last night?"

Matthew smiled and nodded before saying "We can.  Do you agree though, we should discuss one thing, before breaking as that worked last night."

Lexi nodded and said, "That was the best discussion we have had for weeks."

Matthew smiled and said, "It was."

Lexi quickly looked around, before turning back to look at Matthew and said, "What is it you want to talk about?"

"Honestly Lexi when you started to tell me about everything I was horrified.  I just want to know are you alright talking about things, or…?"

Lexi looked down and quietly responded, "Do I want to stop talking?  If it was just, you and I we had to worry about, I would.  But with Dominic and our siblings, I have to…"  Lexi trailed off and tears stated rolling down her face.
