"Boss, I was right on my view that there would be a fight about jurisdiction. I could only allude to all the issues because I had no information about whether those from child protection had appropriate clearance to know everything or not. We both know civilian judges always have some clearance, and we can provide them with enough information to decide as to court jurisdiction, even if they do not have sufficient clearance to know every little detail."

"And you struck someone in the after-hours court that had basic clearance?"
