"Drake gave it to me," replied Palmer, jokingly.

Palmer buttoned his shirt and was back to his decent look. Angelo suddenly recalled Hale's words that said Palmer had just come back from abroad.

Did he stay abroad because of the gunshot?

Angelo wondered if Palmer showed her the scar to show that he was so close to Drake that he didn't mind it even if Drake shot him, seriously?!

Angelo didn't ask more for fear of Palmer doing something she couldn't take.
