章 27: chapter 26

It was midnight and she couldn't sleep properly, tossing and turning every other minute until she had enough. She walks down the quiet hallways, careful not to make any noise and wake up the sleeping pack mates.

Suddenly she hears rustling noises, nearly giving her a heart attack. She places a hand on top of her chest, feeling her heart beat like crazy. Her eyebrows furrow in confusion when hears the rustling noises again. Deciding to check it out herself, she follows the noise to a door farthest and secluded from others, staring at the door painted in black, she realises that it lead to Damien's room.

Slowly twisting the door knob, praying to god that she doesn't wake him up. She slowly tip-toes inside his room. Its completely dark in there, but thank God for her enhanced vision that she could navigate around it perfectly. Her eyes could make out the king sized bed and the figure under the covers.
