章 101: Sentencing

Ana spent the weekend in bed rest taking the medications given to her by her doctor. They made her feel dizzy, lightheaded, and sleepy. She did manage to eat three mid-size meals on Saturday and Sunday which made everyone happy.

Monday came quicker than anyone wanted sending them back to court. The last of the witness testimonies played out. Nicholas gave his testimony about resuscitating Ana the day her father attacked her, and the prosecutor brought up the photos of the damage that Coulter did to her.

The defense tried to imply that she might have been faking for attention. This didn't seem to land while the black hand prints showed around her throat and blood streaked down her face from her other injuries. Some of the pictures clearly showed that she was pregnant.
