章 42: What am I? (2)

I jumped from where I was hiding and launched on the teenage child first. The teenager felt my presence in the next second and looked up. Our eyes met and his was one of surprise.

"Look out!" The teenage boy shouted and pushed the guy with glasses out of the way. He then waved his hand and I felt my body was gripped.

The teenage boy waved his hand and my body whirled in a different direction. I saw that I was about to hit a tree's trunk and so I braced myself from impact. My back hit the tree's trunk and I felt the pain shoot out all over my body. My body hit the ground with a thud.

"Sh*t, that was close." The teenage boy remarked. "Hey, you, just come with us peacefully. I don't want to hurt you."

I stood up while still feeling the pain on my back. Fortunately, it was not that serious, and I was able to move.
