Miss Jade voiced out.The humanoid 's massive body began to dissolve into a swirlng cloud of particles.The purple lightning ball,imbued with mysterious energy had struck successfully,unleashing a power to seemed outworldly.
As the particles dispersed,the humanoid beast's form grew indistinct,it's features blurring like a painting in the rain.Both Arthur and Sen stared at what was unfolding Infront of their eyes with curiosity and shock evident in their eyes.
In he,Arthur who had mostly been with Miss Jade for the past month was surprised,this was something even he knew nothing of.
"I guess I don't know her after all".
In mere moments,the once formidable beast had vanished,leaving behind a faint purple glow and a whisper of its former existence.
A red coloured core falling to the ground,serving as the only remnants of its existence.Miss Jade walked over and grabbed the red coloured core
The cores surface was brimming with fire, threatening to burn everything in its path."Truly a rank 6 beast core..a humanoid core at best".
She voiced out after reaching Arthur's side.Sen stared at her wuth curiousity"She wouldn't claim it for herself,would she?".A question which kept him questioning the female's morals.
"Here, you guys deserve it after all you went through".
She threw it to the ground,the core laying Infront of them like a birthday present.Arthur said at Sen waiting for what he would say on this matter.
The truth was,he really needed that rank 6 to purchase an ability he felt he needed. Reminiscing about his battle with the humanoid beast he felt really useless,even if the gap in strength was huge.
"You can have it,I can get one of these anytime".Sen voiced out with a soft smile.

She slowly hugged Arthur,her hand placed on his hair.This time around Arthur could feel the concern laced behind her words "Don't worry Miss Jade...there will be a time no one will be able to even stand before my presence and by then I'll be the one protecting my mother".

Miss Jade voiced out yanking his ear once more with a playful smile plastered on her face."And that time will soon appear".Without the strength to do anything he give in to Miss Jade's ear dragging.
