章 24: Chapter 24
After calling someone very important Alex started to check companies accounts before going to bed too but not before taking a relaxing bath and sliding into bed between Hope and Edythe.
Soon morning came and Alex wake up with the rays of sun on his eyes and stretched his both hands upward before going out of bed and quickly got ready for breakfast.
He came down stare and saw both Hope and Edythe chatting happily and making plans for today. Alex smiled seeing them talking and laughing without caring that their life is now in danger.
He also smiled at this because in his previous life he was always alone didn't have anyone to care about other than the orphanage matron who also died and after her death, how he got bullied every day.
Now seeing this happy family he wants to protect it and that's why he will do everything he can to protect them from upcoming danger.
Alex come to the dining table and sat on the chair and said:" Good Morning."
Both Hope and Edythe smiled and said:" Good morning."
Then a maid served Alex breakfast and Alex said to Hope and Edythe:" If you two are planning to go out today, I am sorry to disappoint you but you two can't go anywhere for a while."
Both of them frowned at his decision and Edythe said:" But, why is that."
Alex:" You two got attacked by a group of high-class kitsune's and you want to go out. I am sorry ma'am but it's not happening."
Hope gave a look realisation and said:" Ohh, so it's about that group you slaughtered yesterday. but you already took care of them right and I don't think they will do anything soon."
Alex:" They are not something like werewolves who only have physical enhancement but they also have a high understanding of magic and are also known as a race whose one of the strongest members is a God in Japanese mythology." (AN:/ correct me if I am wrong about Kitsune and werewolf powers here, I write it on basis of my understanding of their Powers.)
Alex said in a loud voice shocking both Hope and Edythe that this is the first time Alex talk to them in a loud voice and the seriousness of this incident.
Alex quickly calmed down after realising his fault and said:" I am sorry for raising my voice on you, it's just that they will not be the only group who is going to come after us and we will have to face many different races soon."
Edythe:" But, what's all this have to do with Hope and why are they targeting her."
Hope was also curious about this and looked towards Alex for answers to these questions.
Alex was silent feeling their gazes on him thinking about should he tell her or not but decided not before their arrival. He shook his head and said.
Alex:" you two will get answers to your all questions after some special guests will come in the evening and they are very close to especially to Hope."
Both of them were confused at his words and Alex just chuckled at the cute faces they were making getting him a glare from both. after seeing their eyes he just started to focus on his breakfast.
After eating his breakfast Alex said:" As two of you are not going anywhere today we can now start your training by teaching you both about another energy that will help you in fighting."
Hope and Edythe both become very excited as this was their favourite part of the training because in which you will be able to learn about different types of energies which they enjoy very much.
Then all of them come to the backyard of the house and Alex started to explain.
Alex:" Today I am going to teach you about chakra which is an energy that is formed after kneading your inner spiritual and physical energy together, which allows you to control Elements on a very high level...."
Alex continued to explain to them about Chakra and its use then he told them what could they do if they were able to master it and saying they were shocked would be an understatement as both open their eyes wide like their eyes were threatening to fall out of their place.
Alex then told them to sit crossed legs and said:" I will start transferring a little bit of Chakra and you try to sense it inside you."
Hope nodded and Alex started to transfer Chakra little by little in her body and Hope soon feel a warm spot in her stomach just above her navel.
Hope:" I can feel a warmness on my stomach."
Alex smiled and said:" Good, now try to slowly circulate it inside your body."
Hope nodded and started to circulate the energy inside her and after doing it for some time she fall but was caught by Alex.
Hope:" I..i am sorry, I don't know why."
Alex:" Pheww, just relax okay. it happens with everyone for the first time."
Hope nodded and set aside, Alex did the same thing with Edythe and the result was the same and both girls become exhausted after practising again.
They went inside the house to get rest and soon the evening came as Three of them was waiting for their guests as Alex already sent a driver to pick them up.
Suddenly a doorbell's sound was heard and Alex got up and walked to the main door and Opened it. after seeing who has come he smiled and said.
Alex:" Welcome, please come inside. she will be happy seeing you here."
Hope and Edythe were looking curiously at the door as to who has come to meet them and when the guests entered the house Hope was shocked and said.
Hope:" Dad, Mom and everyone what are you doing here."
