The major fault in this chapter is that orphans are probably not allowed to go on dates with people that are not associated with their orphanage... Although, I can argue Yang as part of their orphanage as he did invest in it, still, I think this is just pure fictional in my part. But I searched about this concern and saw that some countries are not as strict. I don't know.
