Chapter 30: Emerald, Emerald and Emerald

Bluve's P.O.V
"Surprised?" Alpha said as he was talking on the phone.
We are currently in his palace room, It's suddenly getting dangerous everywhere with the Dark Wizards being in Pendilor.
The least thing we could do is move here in Orioch, so that we could make sure that we could keep in touch with one of the prophesied—Emerald Evolet.
"Alpha? P—paano mo ako na-contact? Surely, my number changed." He says.
"Emerald, listen." Alpha stole his and everyone else in this room's attention.
"Yes?" Now he got Emerald's full attention.
"Our last contact in Highfalls might probably be the last time we'll see each other." He started.
"—And I'm scared, Emerald. I'm scared ghat I wouldn't get to see you again, so Do me a favor. Let's meet up because we'll never knew that after this, your family will break ties with ours." I could hear Alpha's desperation in his voice.
The line was silent. Everybody in the room including Hushy didn't make a sound, it's like they are waiting for an answer. An Answer that might save the living hell out of them.
"Me too, Alpha. I'm scared. To not be able to see you again. This is a bit troublesome but Try to meet me and Leo in the Chamberlaine Avenue tonight at 6:00." Emerald responded and he then dropped the call.
After that, nobody moved in their places. Completely frozen like a statue, Chloe broke the silence.
"We must get ready, then." Chloe said as she her shoulder brushed against mines while walking past me.
"Ako rin, maghahanda na ako. I don't really know pero ngayong nawawala si Sky parang gusto ko na hanapin siya." Hushy then followed Chloe.
I didn't really know why but, it took me a second that all of the Peculiars left the room leaving Alpha and I standing.
His Back was turned against me, I know he was a short tempered one but I never expect Alpha. The narcissistic, merciless prince breaking down crying in front of me.
His shoulders trembled as his sobs began turning into a man destroyed not outside but inside as well.
"Why are you crying?" I asked.
He didn't stopped his sobs nor he did turn to face me, he stood there like I didn't even matter.
"Bluve, paano kaya kung hindi siya pumayag? Do you think he hates me? Bluve, hindi ko kaya kung magalit siya. He's the only one I've got to hold on." He said as he turned at me and what shocked me was he was crying Emerald green tears.
I kept my distance as he slowly walked closer to me.
"Why are you?"
"—Crying Green tears? I knew you'd say that. I am cursed. I have always been cursed. Emerald was the only one who accepted me when I was like this." He said as he wiped his tears away.
"Anyways, I'll go ready myself." He said then he walk past by me leaving me alone in his room.
That's weird.
I shook the thoughts in my head and left the room as fast as I could.

We arrived in Chamberlaine Avenue in 5:00pm.
Chloe was walking with her usual getup while Chummy, my cousin was following me.
I was Hushy was tired and was asleep so Sergio carried him.
Alpha was leading us with Phoebe tailing him and Chippy walking beside me.
We were out here early, so that we would not be late if was he was here to arrive first.
We sat down to a Cafe nearby and ordered Frappe and Cappuccino.
We waited, nobody said a word.
Then Phoebe spoke.
"Sorry talaga. Nung nakita ko kasi na wala sila ay akala ko naman na dinala niyo. Alam kong kasalanan ko." She said as she bowed her head.
"Silly, Phoebe. It's not your fault, maybe meron talagang rason ang Emperia kung bakit sila iniwam doon." Chloe comforted her as she sat beside her.
That's true. But I don't want to keep living like this. It's too frustrating.
A moment later, We both heard footprints. We look to see whom it belongs and as we trailed off the sound. We saw two figures wearing a cloak.
Dark Wizards?
Then the first person revealed his face, and speed as the lightning. We could see him lying on the floor, Alpha on to of him. I don't really know if he was trying to choke him or what.
"Emerald, akala ko di na kita makikita." Alpha sobbed.
Emerald was quite taken aback but then a small smile found it's way to his lips. He return the favor of hugging him.
"Ay, Chummy wag kang mag selos. Alam kong ikaw lang talaga ang nababagay jan sa puso ni Alpha." I heard Hushy's voice. And when I turn to look at their direction, what annoyed me the most is that My dearest Chummy was blushing.
"Don't say that." I turn to see Hushy. He looks like he saw a ghost.
"No problem." He added.
Then I saw the other cloaked person removing his cloak and there I saw Leo.
I didn't say A word, he just turned over the whole area scanning for something. Or atleast someone.
He then turned to Chippy.
"Where's Meadow? Sky?" He asked.
Chippy grunted and looked at him.
"Nawawala. Nakidnap." Ani ni Chippy. His eyes was looking over his Frappe and he was tilting his straw.
"What? Why?" Shock was evident to Emerald's face.
He stood up and then looked over Alpha.
Alpha didn't say anything.
He then turned to look at me.
"Alam mo to, ikaw ang palaging nakakaintindi sa grupo. Bakit sila nakidnap? Sinong nagkidnap sa kanila?" He asked.
I went for the most common possible solution.
"To keep them hostage, ofcourse. And the person who kidnapped them, that I don't know." I answered while facing to see Chloe's direction. She was looking down.
"Tch." Leo then looked away.
Chummy's P.O.V
Walang ingay. Kahit alam ko na ang Orioch ang isa sa pinaka busiest na lugar.
Wala ni isang tunog o echo man lang.
What bugs me the most is that, why did Alpha seem so happy to see Emerald?
Meron bang nangyayari sa kanila.
Alam kong nagpapakita ng affection si Alpha sa akin. Pero di ako sigurado kung nag seseryoso ba siya.
Kasi malay mo, isa lang yun sa paraan niya na mapagaan ang atmospera. Nagpapakita nga rin siya ng apeksyon pero, parang wala rin siyang balak manligaw sa akin.
Natatakot na ako kasi, bakit parang nagseselos ako sa kanila ni Emerald? May gusto ba ako kay Alpha.
Imbis na makinig sa nag-uusap sa harapan ko na si Kuya Bluve at si Emerald ay nandito ako.
Nakatutok sa lalaking na katabi ni Emerald. Si Alpha.
Takot ako na ang apeksyon na ipinapakita niya ay hindi totoo. Pero mas takot ako na may gisto na ako sa kanya pero wala naman siyang gusto sa akin.
Imbis na matakot sa Aura na dala niya parehas nung una kong pagkakakilala sa kanya ay mas parang nasanay na ako dito.
I looked down on the floor and then I felt a hand touch my shoulder. I then saw Chloe.
"O, bakit ka ganyan? Diba dapat ay masaya ka?" She asked.
"Masaya naman ako ah?" I tried to lift up my mood.
"Dapat talaga kasi nandito na sila Emerald at Leo. Si Hakun nalang talaga ang kulang at hanapin sila Sky at Meadow ay kumpleto na tayo." She happily sneered.
Yun nga. Nandito na si Emerald. At alam kong wala na talagang balak na tumingin si Alpha sa direksyon ko.
Napansin ko naman na napasimangot nalang si Chloe at umupo sa tabi ko. At ipinatong niya ang ulo niya sa balikat ko.
"Hindi ko man alam yang iniisip mo, Chummy pero sa tingin ko mas mabuti pang unahin muna natin ang mga problema ngayon kaysa dyan. Doon mo nalang yan problemahin pag, tapos nato." She tried to lift my mood.
Pero, paano naman kung pagkatapos ng lahat ng ito ay wala na talagang balak na makipag kita sa amin si Alpha?
Na parang estranghero nalang kami. Mas natatakot ako kasi hindi yung totoong problema ang inaatupag ko kundi yung Ito.
I'm afraid to death that I might regret not saying this sooner or later.

"Excuse me. Magsi- Cr lang muna ako." Ani ko kay Chloe laya napagtango nalang siya.
Tumayo nalang ako at tumungo sa banyo ng Cafe. Hinugason ko muna ang kamay ko sabay basa ng mukha ko.
Kailangang hindi maka-abala tong mga iniisip ko. Mas mabuti pa iwasan nalang talaga si Alpha.
Ipinatuyo ko muna ang mga kamay ko tapos ay kinuha ko naman ang panyo ko sa bulsa ko.
Doon ko pinunasan ang mga pawis ko. Kalma Chummy. Kailangan mo talagang maging kalma.
Nagpalipas muna ako ng oras para mapa-kalma ang iniisip ko.
Matapos non ay tinignan ko uli naman ang repleksyon ko sa salamin.
Ang nakikita ko ay isang pagod na pagod na babae. Pagod na pagod, gustong maging normal, yung oras na hindi pa nagpapakita si Moon. Yung oras na himdi pa dumadating si Chloe. Yung meron pang kalayaan kahit hindi man yun permanente.
I mentally slapped myself at matapos nun ay lumabas na ako sa banyo.
"Bakit ang tagal-tagal mo?" Narinig ko ang isang malalim na boses.
Doon ko nalang napagtanto na nangagaling yung boses na iyon sa taong gusto ko namang iwasan ngayon.
"Alpha? Anong ginagawa mo dito?" Tanong ko.
Tumingin lang siya sa akin, nakasandal siya sa pader at di man lang gumagalaw.
"Hinihintay ka. Why? You expect this prince not be a gentleman?" He muttered as he pointed at himself.
"Hindi naman sa ganon. Hindi mo nalang sana ako sinundan." Sabi ko.
Napataas naman siya mg kilay.
"Sinabi ko bang sinusundan kita?" Tanong niya. Napatikhim nalang ako ng bibig.
"Hinihintay kaya kita kasi ang banyo nato ay for all genders. Ano palang gusto mo? Papasok nalang ako ng bigla-bigla?"
Napatinign nalang ako sa baba. Ganon ba? Iba ata ang pag-iintindi ko sa sinabi niya kanina. Nakakahiya.
"Ah, sige mauuna na ako." Pagpapaalam ko at paalis na sana nang hinawakan niya ng mahigpit ang kamay ko.
"Joke lang naman, wag mong seseryosohin yon." Natatawa niyang saad.
Napa-iwas naman ako ng tingin sa mga mata niyang hinahanap ang mga mata ko.
"Ganon ba? Ah sige. Halina't baka hinihintay na nila tayo." Ani sabay hila ng kamay niya.
"Wait."
Napa-hinto naman ako sa sinabi niya.
"Ano yun?" Dahan-dahan kong tanong habang hindi parin siya tinitignan.
"About kanina, napansin ko na wala ka sa mood." Natatawa niyang sabi.
"Hindi naman sa wala ako sa mood pero, ganito naman talaga ang ugali ko." Pagpapagaan ko sa tensyon.
"Hindi. Hindi talaga ganyan ang ugali mo." Saad niya habang hindi parin binibitawan amg aking mga kamay.
"Alpha, tama na. Naghihintay na sila. Nabalitaan ko na meron nang nahanap na Clues sila Emerald." Pag-babali ko ng usapan.
"Chummy, Huwag mong ibahin ang usapan." Utos nito.
Napatikon naman ang bibig ko, did he just use his charmspeak on me?
"Look at me." Mahina niyang sabi at bigla namang na-kita ko ang mga mata niyang mainan na nakatingin sa akin.
"Tell me what's wrong?" Desperado niyang tanong.
Bumuka naman ang bibig ko ngunit ni walang tunog ang lumabas.
Napapikit naman ako at napa-buntomg hininga.
"Hali na Alpha." Pagyaya ko.
Wala naman siyang sinabi ngunit mainam lang siyang tumingin.
"Chummy?" Tanong niya.
"Ano?"
"Bibigyan kita ng tatlong segundo para sampalin ako." Sabi niya.
"Ano?" Nalilito kong tanong.
"Tatlo." Una niyang sabi.
Huh? Bigla naman akong nagpanic. Ano daw gagawin ko sa kanya? Sasampalin? Bigla naman akong napatingin sa kanya.
"Dalawa."
Nalilito kong itinuon sa kanya ang aking mga mata at doon naman siya napa-ngiti.
"Isa."
Ano—
Doon ko na-darama ang mainit na labi na direktang na-dikit sa akin.
Di ako makagalaw. Di ko rin ang gagawin ko.
Syempre ay tinulak ko si Alpha at aakma nang sasampalin nang hinawakan niya ang kamay ko.
"Chummy, teka." Sabi niya.
"May gusto ako sa iyo, Bayaan mo akong maging nobyo mo." Sabi neto.
"Huh?"
