Tinsley had just made her angry fuzzy daughter sleep and made her way inside the shower.

She had not freshened up and it had been already eleven in the morning. Things had been like that ever since Ava's arrival in her life.

She asked Mary to look after Ava in the room as she entered the bathroom to clean herself.

Mary was reading a magazine, sitting beside the cradle where Ava was sleeping peacefully. But as soon as her phone rang, she stood up to answer it outside in fear of not waking the baby up.

The shower ran, the hot steam made the glass door foggy. Tinsley closed her eyes, liking the hot water relaxing her muscles.

She took the scrubber to wash her body clean. Ava had vomited and peed on her twice the night. And she had not gotten any time to clean herself for Mary was not there.
