章 383: His Engagement

 The news of Jayden's engagement that took the Internet by storm was not only shocking to Venessa but also to Jayden himself.

 After racing a bit with Miles he went back to his villa instead of the apartment because he was notified by the butler that he had an unexpected visitor.

 Jayden raked his hands through his chestnut hair as he alighted from his car. The butler was not at the entrance to welcome him but he knew where to head to. In the main sitting room of his villa, he spotted a man with raven black hair and grey eyes.

 "Dad." He muttered, still unable to believe his eyes. The man Jayden referred to as his father was conversing with the butler; he raised his eyes to stare at his youngest child, who had just called him out, although he sensed Jayden's presence from earlier on from his footsteps.
